New Year, New Apps!
We’re kicking off the New Year with our new apps. The eagerly awaited expenses app is now available to download from the apple store. In addition to this, the existing timesheets and now expenses app are set to be released on Android in February – yes, Android!
Quick and easy expenses, on the move!
The new Paprika Expenses app enables users to take pictures of their receipts and create expense claims directly from their mobile device. What’s more, users are able to view all their expense claims, the status of the claim, and amend existing claims too. The app helps staff complete expense claims, from anywhere, as soon as they are issued with a receipt. The result? Expense administration isn’t left to spiral into a mammoth chore at the end of each month. There’s a reduction in the amount of receipts littering up your purse, wallet and desk. Additionally, the app attaches the receipt images to the expense lines as soon as they are added, making the approval process simpler and quicker to process. So, if you want to save time, use the expenses app - It’s sure to revolutionise the way you do expenses at your agency.
Complete timesheets, anywhere, anytime!
The timesheets app has been around on iPhone for a while now and is already used by many Paprika clients. The app increases the likelihood for users to complete timesheets in-between meetings, whilst commuting or perhaps on the sofa at home. For that reason, we’ve developed the timesheets app for Android too. Android users will need to upgrade their Paprika database to the latest compatible version (i2 v 2.15.04), as discussed in the section below, but the android apps (expenses and timesheets) are set to be released imminently. Apps and Paprika Version Compatibility
Both iPhone apps (expenses and timesheets) are available to Paprika clients on i2 versions 2.14.12 and above. If you are on older versions but would like to start using the apps at your agency, then please contact our Client Services team on email@example.com to discuss upgrading to a compatible version.
The timesheets app and new expenses app are due to be released on Android. They work in much the same way as the pre-existing iPhone apps, however, both require users to be on i2 version 2.15.04 or higher. Let us know if you want to be an early adopter by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

Specific app requirements
To use the Paprika apps, you must have a valid user account for your database – your login details will remain the same.
For the Expenses app, it’s important to note that users must already able to create expense claims in Paprika for the app to function.
I’m on the right version, how do I set up the apps?
Once you’re on a compatible version of Paprika, the apps are really simple to set up. An easy search for “Paprika Timesheets” or “Paprika Expenses” in the app store will direct you to the free downloads.
After downloading and opening either the Timesheets or Expenses app, you will first be directed to the app settings to connect to your Paprika database. This is done by inputting your web browser link into the “connectivity” section and logging into your account using your Paprika username and password. Once all sections are filled in, select “done” and the app will automatically connect and is ready to use.
