This is a seminar on how to use Paprika to manage your projects and report on job and client profitability.

The content will cover how you can use Paprika to project manage effectively.  We can show you how to use Paprika to communicate with your teams to set priorities, ensure that project milestones and budget expectations are met, and determine team member expectations across all departments.

Why should you attend this course?

Over time, knowledge of the Paprika system can dilute, especially if you employ new people into the agency who haven't used the system before. This seminar is designed to help you get familiar with more project management features and sharpen up your skills whilst learning new tools. This also gives you the opportunity to discuss with your peers best practise in project management.

The content will cover how to use Paprika to project manage effectively. We aim to show you how to communicate with your teams to set priorities, ensure that project milestones and budget expectations are met:

  • Entering and maintaining estimates
  • Creating timelines using Tasks on Estimates
  • Job Forecasting
  • Monitoring PO Spend
  • Scheduling and Monitoring Timelines
  • Project Reconciliation using Job Tracker
  • Reporting including Dashboard overview

What do I need to bring with me?

All course materials will be provided. This is an interactive group session using template estimates - you don’t even need to bring your laptops. At the end of the session you’ll receive a comprehensive training manual which covers all of the scenarios discussed throughout the duration of the seminar.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided throughout the half-day session.
