Our annual user group welcomes all Paprika users with a keen interest in getting the most out of their system. There’s no “one best way” to use Paprika, so this event offers a great opportunity to talk to other Paprika professionals about what works, what doesn’t and discuss best practice.
We also encourage new and prospective clients to join the Paprika community to learn more about fully integrated job costing and accounting systems. Needless to say, this event is an ideal time to talk to our network and listen to real user experiences.
Nick Tomlinson
You may be wondering, what’s on the roadmap for Paprika? Nick Tomlinson, Founder and Managing Director of Paprika, will demo the latest functionality in Paprika and talk about his vision for what’s coming next. Nick will also do his usual “Question Time”, where we will have an open Q&A session.
India Quow
Former Global Revenue Accountant, India Quow, recently joined Paprika’s Client Engagement team as a Consultant. She will be focusing on the new and improved forecasting tools within Paprika, specifically covering the following areas; forecast time (strategic time planner), job forecaster, both the forecast browsers (billing & income) and the correlation between them all.
Ben Baker
Ben Baker began his Paprika Career on the helpdesk and then quickly moved into the client Engagement team, since then Ben has been advising Paprika clients and helping them create bespoke agency dashboards. He will be discussing everything you need to know about dashboards and teach you how to build bespoke dashboard views for your agency. He will also be focusing on SQL reports.
Kirsty Dunphy
Kirsty is founder member of the Client Engagement team and will be focusing on the contact centre. Paprika’s contact management program, previously called React, has had a little makeover by our development team. They’ve gathered together all the good bits to make them available from one single interface, the Contact Centre. Kirsty will also be discussing the expense app something that not all clients are fully aware of.
